   The staff need retraining on challenge 25!! Im a 32 year old woman, whenever I go in I have my 12 year old son with me, and even though I've already provided my ID before the same person keeps refusing to serve me without showing my ID. I was told last night that I have to provide ID every time I want to buy something age restricted!?!?! Since when was that a policy anywhere!? If that is the policy, can someone explain why she didn't make other people provide ID if we have to show it every time? Why is it just me that has to provide ID every time? Policy's shouldn't be used with discriminationary intent. Needless to say i went into my other local shop after and got served with absolutely no issue because ive already provided my ID once before and oddly enough they've never heard of this policy where we have to show ID every single time.

   Went in this shop to get a few bits for my daily shopping and was met with lovely customer service. Whenever I can’t find anything the staff are always happy to help me. I even ordered some shopping online from this store when I was poorly and couldn’t leave the house. The delivery came super quickly and the staff member called Nicole left a lovely little note on my delivery packaging saying ‘Thank you for shopping with us and I hope you have a lovely day’. Something so small but it put a smile on my face.
