Lovely clean store with a great range of products. Staff are very friendly and a lovely lady called Ann helped me set up my more card as I didn’t have one and was missing out on some great offers!

Local convenience store providing an excellent service to the community. Stocks a wide range of essentials that are required on a daily basis, so no need to travel further. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Absolutely shocking service clearly I didn’t read the other reviews about not picking up parcels here.. says my parcel was delivered went to collect, not there. Staff asked me where it was from and told them FedEx, a young staff member just shrugged his shoulders and said “I gave all the FedEx parcels to the delivery driver” not realising that mine was supposed to stay to be picked up. Just an absolute disregard for customer service, didn’t care at all and told me to come back tomorrow when another member of staff will know what to do… clearly this is a massive issue
woman with glasses, blonde/brown hair absolutely rude. my parcel barcode was a big big yes but she didn't need to be as rude as she was. absolute disgusting behaviour and will not be going anywhere near the shop again. No need to be rude!

Certainly a shop that is used for quick convenience or that emergency requirement which always occurs. Pricing of products reflects a small concern, one that hasn't got a huge purchasing negotiation. However, it is also typically more expensive than other shops, affecting a local community that does not have a huge disposable income. Parking can be a problem, as there are many.lical residents with no off-road parking.
