Great nail shop! I got my mum some vouchers for her birthday , she uses this shop all the time they are very good , clean and do great designs !

I had my nails done here and OMG !! I was absolutely horrified that they thought that this was a good job ? I asked for a gel polish and this is what i got!! the cuticles are completely flooded and it is so messy, a child could have done a better job. I now have to pay more money to have them removed and redone , this is unacceptable. DO NOT get your nails done here , the lights are dim so that you cant see what a terrible job they have done until you leave. The guy nail tech is the worst he obviously has no idea how to do nails i am fuming!! I gave this place a second try as i had previously had acrylics there which were also terrible but i thought it may have been a one off NOPE this place is AWFUL. the one star is because the place is clean and has a nice asthetic but apart from that everything is BAD. I even left with polish on my skin !!!!
They booked me in last minute for a pedicure and I was really pleased. Quick and good service. It's been 3 weeks since I went and my gel polish hasn't come off or peeled etc
It’s been 7 yrs I have been to this Nail Salon… each time I come, I walk out of the door with great satisfaction, but today is an exemption…. I walked out so happy as nails…she”nailed it” the lovely girl who patiently designed my nails “Kim” Elisa ❤️❤️❤️
I did gel on my natural nails, I really love my nails. The lady really worked hard on my nails as you know natural nails are not easy to work on. They were very polite and kind. Thank you I’ll not go anywhere else from now on
Avoid at all costs, I’ve never been so infuriated with a salon before. Don’t get me wrong i’m not one to complain or write bad reviews but this was a complete other level. I had a full acrylic set, the technician didn’t listen to my requests, the nails were chunky and didn’t look appealing the colouring was completely wrong to what i asked for but she insisted it would look better on. Over night the nails began to hurt a lot and two or three of my fingers began to be inflamed and achey at the tips. i went back the next day and complained and the man in this store was so rude! after back and forth he finally agreed to take them off for a refund to which they began after 35 minutes of waiting (there were available techs) when they were being off the technician made several remarks making me feel bad for complaining and implied how she thought i was lying. really disappointed with this shop, i know people used to say it was awful but apparently it had a major turnaround but clearly not please for your sake avoid especially if you’re an anxious person.
I love my nails, I’ll definitely go back. I recommend this nail salon. The staff was so nice. Had a good experience.
My nails look horrid Very disappointed my nails were rushed. My cuticles were painted. It has only been one day and the nail varnish has peeled of my little finger. 2 of my nails have chipped Waste of £26 + I was told a 15 minute wait and had to wait for 35 minutes. Terrible !
