“I went in and on the off chance I had to wait for an appointment as it is generally booking only. Everything was to government guidelines so I felt extremely safe during this time. Everything that was used was sanitised and the staff wore masks and were working behind screens. I was treated by Maria who was an absolute professional and so smiley and welcoming. It’s was so nice when you need a pampering session. I had my nails done but couldn’t do a facial as I need to book this, therefore I will!! I love my nails as never had this treatment on my hands and I was pleasantly surprised it didn’t feel odd. Staff are polite and friendly and good value for money compared to somewhere I used to go in Brentwood.
