Always a relaxed atmosphere in the salon. Always listen to what you want. I have regulate pedicures here as well as other treatments. Would highly recommend this place.

Went in to Sophie's after not being able to get to my regular nail salon after work and I'm so glad I did because I love this place now! I thought this place was new because of how clean it was inside! I had V as a technician and love my nails so much that I had to book a pedicure before leaving too. Will definitely choose this place as my go-to local salon now!
I honestly cannot fault Sophie’s, the staff, atmosphere and quality of work is outstanding. I reached out in October to see if I could use their services for my wedding and from the outset I couldn’t have asked for a more attentive service. Meg who did my nails, makeup and hair was amazing, even coming in early to make sure we could get everything perfect. I’m not a lover of beauty places generally, I feel out of depth and like I’m going to be judged for not having a clue, but all the staff here made me feel at ease - even on my wedding day! I will be back! Often.

The staff are nice and very clean but BUT the nail work I had done for my wedding was poor. The acrylic is all uneven and not done well at all. The colour I choose I great and pretty. I just think the young lady who did mine just needs more practice at doing acrylics. She did ask if it was ok and I did day yes but after having another look later it disappointed me. Plus was told I would pay £25 but for charged £35. Edit* This is in no way to tarnish this businesses name was just my opinion on what I had done. If businesses don't like reviews then don't have a option to leave a review..
