I had a manicure & polish done today, really bad job, the polish was applied badly, the cuticles were treated terribly, I will never use their services again, I do not recommend them

I have been here once before and they was done so lovely however I don't think I will be returning now, The first photo is what I received and the second photo is what I showed and asked for. The acrylic is so think, the design is completely different to what I asked for, the man doing my nails started using white paint when it was supposed to be pink, he then tried to use the Same colour pink as my nails for the nail art and I had to ask someone else working there to help him understand that you wouldn't be able to see the nail art. On my thumbs I asked for silver glitter and he put pink glitter on and by this point I was so frustrated I just wanted to leave the shop.
The best place in town to do your nails. Ely is my go-to-girl. She pays attention to details and listens to what you need. As soon as does all the staff at Wow Nails. They are very meticulous. The atmosphere is great and you feel at home when you’re there. I look forward to every 4 weeks to get my nails down.
I had the best nail technician in 2016, but a promotion meant I was no longer in the area. I struggled to find a good technician and after several bad experiences in Romford and Barking, I resigned myself to the fact that I won't do my nails again. Fast forward 2023 and I really wanted the excitement of doing my nails. I started researching on Instagram and Google for nail salons in Romford.... WOW Nails really stood out for me amongst similar companies; mainly because of their cleanliness and hygiene, the great look of the salon, the professionalism, the range of services available and the tools and equipment being used. The prices are a bit more than what I would normally be comfortable paying but I know you get what you pay for in life and I believe the extra is for the level of skill and expertise that goes into providing a great service. After seeing all the positive reviews my mind was made up that I will definitely give WOW Nails a try. I am totally happy and satisfied with the service I received. Although they did feel that the glitter gel varnish would be too thick for the length of nail I had chosen, this is my signature style and I knew the exact look I was going for. These nails speak for themselves and I couldn't be any happier with the outcome. Thank you so much WOW Nails, I am happy to have found my new trusted location for everything nails. See you soon. I've been going here for many years and am always pleased with the level of service. This visit, Lynn recommended a colour which I never thought would suit me...brown! I am so happy she did as my nails look so good.
This was the first time I had been to wow nails and the experience was very bad. I was so disappointed with the final outcome. The foil is tripping by itself and the manager is also so unprofessional. Her way of communication was so disrespectful. She thinks that I have noo knowledge about nails and was really rude. She charged £48 but still no good outcome. I will never ever visit this place. The lady manager is trying to compare her nails with my nails and let me tell you her nails were completely different of what her staff did for me and she thinks that they did a perfect job. It was really disgusting.
I visited this nail shop yesterday for the first time. It was such a lovely experience. On arrival, I was offered a hot drink which they even made again after I’d let it go cold. I had a full pedicure with gel polish and and a soak off a full set. The nail technician assigned to me was a vent named Kevin who is such an amazing artist. He wiped off and redid the nail design I wanted until I was 100% happy and spent ages trying to find the perfect nude for my skin tone. This is definitely not a ‘one size fits all’ salon, I could tell from how long Kevin and I spent choosing my base colour and how welcoming they were when an older gentleman came in to do a pedicure. I felt totally comfortable and got a super detailed and dramatic set not to mention feet baby soft x Definitely my new nail shop x The manager was so lovely as well she basically created a design from her mind and explained it to Kevin Overall perfect experience !
Lovely place i have met in the last 2 years , after long searching… I have been going for some time to another salon but i wanted something else , and i have tried WowNails , which make me so happy! Everyone very nice , my nails look amazing- they take very good care and attention when they work on them! In a short time! I’m highly recommend this salon, for sure it will be preferred salon! Just go there and you will be happy! Xx
