Always receive an outstanding service, can go to anyone in the shop and will be happy with the result. Shop is clean & hygienic & love my festive nails
Wouldn’t recommend because the level of customer service you get depends on you demographic.. I’ve been there now a few times even had a friend go there just to see whether perhaps maybe it’s me they didn’t like but you can clearly tell there certain people they respond to properly. Never really feel welcome.
Honestly? Anna was absolutely charming, meticulous worked quickly with nothing taken away from the work by doing so! Such reasonable prices, and my nails look lovely! Thanks Anna. I shall be back.!
My second time at nails by le and I’m very happy with them. They take time and always asked me if they are ok after every stage on the manicure. Staff are polite and friendly and good value for money compared to somewhere I used to go in Brentwood. I can’t speak to art designs as I haven’t had this but for a general French tip or all over polish they are fantastic. Thank you so much to the lovely guy who has done my nails both times.
WORST EXPERIENCE!!! I went in with an inspiration picture, french tip biab set with PAINTED blue flowers (as shown in pictures). My end result looked nothing like the picture I showed, the quality was so bad. He didn’t even paint the flowers on, instead they used the more expensive method of adding an acrylic 3D flower which I did not ask for and it looked terrible! (it is also not recommend by professional nail artists to use acrylic on top of gel - which I expected a nail shop to have the knowledge of - search on google). When I mentioned that acrylic is not the best option on top of gel, they told me I was simply wrong. During the nail set he attempted to rip the acrylic flower off my nail several times to redo it and it still looked bad. The shaping and filing are all wonky and he burnt my nail a few times too. There was more than one bug that landed on me and the table with flies flying around my head the whole time. On top of this, they charged me £46 for this!!!!!! I am a student working part-time so this was just a shock to me. I have been to so many nail shops over the years and even at-home nail techs and never have I paid this much (over £40) for a nail set, even though I have had various and more intricate and hard designs than this one. A french tip set with only 2 flowers should NOT be £46, however I am okay with paying that price IF IT LOOKED GOOD ENOUGH WHICH IT DIDNT. So not only did I not get what I asked, had a bad experience, but I also got charged way more than expected. I have never been so disappointed about a nail set that I walked out crying. They only take cash (we can guess why), there’s bugs everywhere, they overcharge, bad quality, bad customer service - so I would not recommend this nail place at all.

Wonderful service from a lovely gentleman. They fitted me in without an appointment. He was polite, gentle and made my nails look fabulous.
First time coming here since moving. I had a gel manicure. I find some nails shops are a bit dismissive when you don’t want extensions. Le made my nails and cuticles look lovely and I have had my gels on for two weeks so far and I haven’t had one chip. This is my new nail shop. You won’t be disappointed. Plus staff are very nice
Visited for the first time here as looking for a new nail shop and I must say I was extremely impressed with the quality of my nails. The gentleman’s name was Van and he was very experienced and professional. One thing that was clearly obvious In this nail salon was how clean the salon was. I was made the wash my hands on arrival and clearly the shop is often cleaned. Thank you Nails by Le team will definitely visit again.
