   I showed a picture of what i wanted first, she then proceeded to file my nails down too short and then told me she couldn't replicate the design i wanted because my nails are short. The hand drawn design was bent. I also asked for some gems but she changed the design last minute into a different style which looked more chunky. Not very pleased. Spent £35 on full set of gel nails, and my nail beds look more rough then they were. The outcome doesn't look polished or professional. Sorry for the bad review, but this was not a good job.

   Went to Lisa’s 4/5 years ago and was charged £7 more than my friend that got the exact same nails! didn’t return until today as another friend often goes there and have spoken highly of them. I decided to give it one more go. Before arriving we called them to let them know we were coming and asked prices in which I was told £30 for French tip acrylic. I decided to get glitter which was £3. They started doing my nails then left me for 20 minutes mid way through to do someone else’s nails which seemed unprofessional, if they were unable to do them in a sufficient time they should of said this and I wouldn’t of had them done. The process took 2 hours. When paying I was AGAIN over charged. Two of my friends got very detailed designs and was charged £30, why were mines £38 for French tips and some glitter?By this point I was pretty annoyed and fed up as this was the second time and just wanted to get out of there. When I got home I looked at them properly and they are the worst nails I’ve ever had. One of my fingers have been cut from them being so rough filing, nail showing at the bottom looking like they are outgrowing and had them on for a week, they didn’t even cut my cuticle down so they look messy. Can see my nail is bruised underneath, bumps in the gel, wonky thumb and of course being over charged. Will never be going back here it’s very disappointing and a waste of money as I’ll need to get them redoing.

   Really happy with my nail first time here , I don't live in the area mum does but needed nail done. Very happy. There open on Sundays as well, reasonable prices too. had take off acrylic colour then had full set with gel £35 very happy will definitely come back if I'm in the area again, both the guy and female were nice and professional. Xx

   Great place, beautiful nails. I've been going for 5 years and the staff are lovely and the nails are amazing, not too much filing, no dodgy chemicals or cheap nail varnish. 10 out of 10, if you drop by without an appointment and they can fit you in, you may have to wait a bit, but it's worth it, they pedicure too. All in all would definitely recommend the one opposite

   I did a manicure and it came out above my expectations. They were absolutely gorgeous and I loved them. I highly recommend this place it's always clean and it looks aesthetically pleasing. The people there were very friendly and even recommended colours for us. This was a wonderful experience and I'm definitely coming back to this place. 10/10 best nail shop in Romford.

   I went to this place because they recommended to me but I had a very bad experience: when I asked the guy who was attending me (one with an earring on the left side) I wanted my nails quite short he left one way longer than the other ones and the moment I asked him to fix it and make it shorter and equal to the other ones he was quite rude and with attitude and he said "you tell me how, because it's already the third time!", of course I would tell you if you don't even leave them equally, because that one was way too long compare to the other ones (the other ones they are also with different length tho). So, at the end I ended up having my nails done, not feeling well-attended, with different length, and I will have to fix them myself at home. Definitely, not a place I would go back again, as it's not nice that employees treat their customer in that rude manner.

   Doesn’t even deserve 1 star the lady is extremely rude!! Never in my life have I ever attended a nail shop and been treated and spoke to with such disrespect! all they want to do is rush your nails, And don’t do what you have asked for properly, make mistakes and charge you more! This nail shop has really gone down hill! And they even have the cheek to pester you the whole time your there to give them a good review! Would highly NOT recommend this place to anyone !!
