Literally worst nail salon ever Why do they give you an appointment and then say you have to wait I waited an hour to have my nails done Why not just say that on the phone and not offer an appointment time
Just had a foot spa, and gel polish. The spa was incredible, my feet are smooth as a babies! Tony and lily was speaking to their customers as friends and the atmosphere was so nice. The chair was so comfortable and could easily adjust my position. As a tall girl this made the experience so much more enjoyable! Very reasonably priced and I’m so happy with result! Will definitely be using this place moving forward. They are redecorating and look forward to seeing the new and improved aesthetic next time!
Unfortunately a big no. Gentleman doing my nails was on face time with someone the entire time, shouting, filling my nails whilst looking at the screen and not paying any attention to my nails. Rushed, and terrible work I had to ask for it to be removed before it was even finished. No hygiene, gloves, reusing tools without sterilising them prior. Please respect your customers.
I absolutely love the way Lily does nails, she was so quick and also experienced that she and also the best nails I’ve had by far. She has really done a great job in such a great timely manner. I hadn’t done my nails in so long, they was in a very bad condition but Lily was very professional and done an amazing job! Will definitely recommend and will definitely go back!

Fantastic place to her your nails done. When you are seen, they are quick and do a a good job. I only took off a star as they are ALWAYS so busy and you can end up waiting around for a while.

They are friendly but the service is not great. The first time I used them the colour of my gel nail change colour from pink to a peachy yellow. I went back and they kindly offered to redo the nails and change the colour. They were busy at the time so I booked an appointment. I turn up to the appointment, waited 15 min before they applied acetone to remove the gel. normally the most I have waited to let the gel come off is 10 minute max. 30 min later I was still sitting there with acetone on my tails. I told Lily I have another appointment so need to hurry up. She told me to come back another time to get the gel replaced. This was on a Friday, no appointment was available till Tuesday. Come Tuesday Gel was replaced, chipped by Thursday! That was my first experience. To give them the benefit of the doubt I booked an appointment with Lily instead and thought I would try her. my appointment was at 12, told them at 12:15 I need to leave by 1. Tony become free at 12:20 and I was seen by him. I told him my appointment was with Lily, she said she was going to be a while and unless I wanted to wait I should get it done by Toni. I was out of there at 12:30 and Lily was done with her client too. The appointment system is poor and nails also look average.
Booked for me and my husband to both have a pedicure, they were able to fit us in on the same day which was perfect, we both had a really relaxing experience in a nice, clean and professional environment, I had gel nails after and they are still looking perfect even though it was 3 weeks ago!! Although I will be visiting within the next week as the experience was lovely especially the foot massage!
