   The worst nails I have ever had! First and last time in this shop! The gel nails still felt sticky when I got home and they also had air bubbles. After only 6 days, the top coat has come off in patches and they have also cracked. Wish I had looked at reviews first! Avoid!!! IN RESPONSE TO REPLY: I didn't call because there is absolutely no way I would go back to your shop. I do not have time to waste, I need my nails to last more than 6 days. You should employ staff who are able to do a good job the first time, without needing customers to come back to fix their nails. Your responses to all reviews are incredibly rude. I did not have an accident with my nails to cause the cracks, the poor technique and quality of your products is why they look how they do after only a few days. Reviews help people decide whether to use your service and I felt it necessary to leave this review along with the photo of your work to help stop others wasting their time and money.

   1st time here today staff very friendly, beautiful salon so clean. The staff listen to what you ask for. They are very gentle and make sure your nails look perfect. All the way threw they kept asking if I was happy. And cheaper than other salons. Will be back. Thank you best nails.

   WOW! First time a best nails Brentwood. Absolutely wonderful so happy with how they have come out. I will now recommend them to everyone….also they are extremely careful with the drills when filing as I have very sensitive skin round my nails and it didn’t hurt one bit! Also lovely decor in the shop, and refreshments. Really is a beautiful place! Thank you best nails

   I tried this nail bar for the first time, wow what an awful experience I had once complaining my nails were not up to standards. I called to explain they were not nice, I was told to go back in and they will change the colour for me - I went in and was put with the same man that did them so I asked for them to be removed and a refund given (1 day after they were done) - The woman made a comment to everyone 'are you not allowed green then darling' (even though she knows I was going back because of the poor quality not the colour) to which I responded it is not the colour I do not like, my nails are not up to standards, she asked me to pick another colour and I explained I do not want the same man who did them. She come to inspect them AFTER they were in foils and tops coats removed.. to which she started muttering under her breathe and speaking to herself in a different language, let alone her throwing my fingers about after looking at every one of my nails without even asking me what I felt was wrong - I asked her if she would like to see the photos? to which she ignored - the tension and atmosphere was unbearable and it made me very uncomfortable. I would not have posted this review if an apology was given for the time I had wasted getting them done/removed/quality of work but instead I was faced with a very unprofessional manager, hopefully she will see this and not treat someone else in this way! - in 25 years ive never asked to have my nails removed and to be treated like there was nothing wrong with them is awful customer service!! - maybe inspect peoples nails before soaking them off so you can see the poor standard??

   I paid £35 for very bad nails. They didn't time the tine doing my nails, they didn't clean the cuticles and left a big gap unpainted. I wouldn't recommend. Very bag experience. Zoom them in and you'll see how they look for freshly done nail. They should look like that after 2 weeks at least. So, I stand by my review as I can't reply to your comment below. You let me go unhappy, didn't even try to fix the. I did tell the lady she should have cleaned the cuticles but she didn't she carried on. In less than an hour my manicure and pedicure were both done.
