   My mother-in-law highly recommended Simon and Craig when it was time to put our house on the market..As soon as they introduced themselves,we was already sold,they were friendly,honest and upfront.Stood out from the other estate agents straight away,if there was any problems they would and if there was any problems our side,they would always give the best. Was with us every step of the way!!Always updated us with buyers and within just over week of the house being on the market,it was sold .Myself and Simon would would not hesitate to recommend both Simon and Craig to other sellers..Thank you ever so much,we now have our dream home.

   Always spoke to us on our level of understanding. We had a series of issues to deal with, none being the fault of the estate agents, and had two earlier potential sales fall-through; and through all of this Craig & Simon showed great patience and did all they possibly could to keep the final sale from collapsing after several issues beyond our control.    We used Open House Estate Agents Mansfield to market a rental property. They were efficient in getting the property listed where it mattered and had a number of viewings arranged very quickly. And they found us a tenant who moved in just hours after the existing tenant moved out. We own a number of properties and have done for many years - but this was the first time a new tenant had moved in so quickly. From a buy-to-let business point of view, continuity is essential - you cannot have an empty property. Craig and Simon were professional and friendly, and were happy to answer any queries we had. They also make good use of web-based technology, meaning the whole process can be made more efficient. We have no problem in recommending Craig and Simon at Open House.
