I have rented a flat from P & G Properties for many years and have always been happy here. The area is quiet and clean and the flats are well maintained. Parking is available and is free. On the only occasion I had to speak to the landlord about a neighbour the matter was dealt with and solved promptly. The landlord will not tolerate troublesome tenants which results in flats that are occupied by people who are quiet and respectful to their neighbours. If you are looking for modern, well maintained accommodation in a quiet area then I would highly recommend P & G Properties.
I have been in my apartment for 6 years now, and have always found dealings with the Landlord and his staff an easy and pleasant experience. On the very few occasions that there have been any issues, they have been dealt with in a swift professional manner. The apartment itself is modern and well maintained, and the outside area is clean and also well maintained, with garages for some, and free parking for other residents. I would highly recommend anyone, who may be looking to rent from a private company, to use P&G Properties. I'm sure you will have heard some unsavoury reports about Private Landlords, but absolutely nothing like that when dealing with P&G Properties.
What a joke of a buisness!! Me and my partner pay rent, don't do anything wrong and yet the area is a joke in itself. We have loud neighbours which the landlord refuses to deal with. The private parking spot which we pay for is always getting used or blocked off by someone, in which the landlord refuses to get involved even though we pay for it!! Plus it states on a sign that offenders will be clamped. Whaterver you do do not stay in any of their properties.
