   My first experience of Ravish Nails and what a good one it was! Their service is definitely above others I have used! The salon is scrupulously clean, they don't rush you in and out, they offer you a complimentary drink and biscuit and are very gentle with your nails which was really important to me as my nails had sustained a fair bit of damage from another nail salon. I have been happy with my nails and will definitely be going back there and would recommend!

   Eighth of September, I got my nails done here for the first time at ravish nails, I can honestly say? I was not disappointed. I had a few issues! that were wonderfully dealt with, and wen my nails were finished I was just amazed! at how neat, and shiny they were. My nails are very strong, the growth since has been astonishing, They still haven’t come off or cracked. I’m really impressed!!, The owner of the business, Ekta is amazing!!! at what she does, do try this very lovely nail salon, and see for yourself.i will go again if I’m heading to chelmsford, i give this place five stars for the very good experience I had.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   First time going to this nail shop. Got a manicure and a pedicure Kept on having to kindly tell the pedicure lady to please remove dead skin properly. She then did my BIAB very lumpy, didn’t receive an apology just referred me to the owner and started doing someone else. 0 customer service. Owner had to do a whole BIAB removal and clean up the pedicure properly. Whilst I was heavily pregnant, and in discomfort had so much time wasted from having to do the BIAB again. Still had to pay full price, no discount offered despite the terrible experience, discomfort and extra time spent in the nail shop for someone else’s mistake. Very disappointed. Additional response to the owner: I requested white, and when it was applied, it came as cream (only one layer applied) so I requested to change to Pink. If properly trained, she could have removed the colour if she knew it would affect application. Earlier in the day, she had also made another client (an older lady) bleed, of which she kept coming to you for help. If you care about comfort, please note improperly trained staff can affect experience, you cannot charge full price. A colour change should not mean colour is then not applied properly/lumpy if you care about satisfaction, taking accountability is key, there is nothing to “stand firm” on. You didn’t accommodate me, you provided a service I paid for and you still had to clean her work up after. I also had to advise her on which tools to used. Please don’t let staff that may not be fully trained affect your service.

   Amazing treatment! Had the manicure and pedicure and left feeling fabulous! The beautician is very thorough and meticulous. It is hard to find someone who does the job properly rather than taking shortcuts (which I have found in many other places). Will definitely come back! Thank you :)

   My sister and I have had a few not so great experiences with nail salons. I knew as soon as I walked in the door that this is where we would be having our nails done from now on. Ekta did a fantastic job on our nails, she is such a perfectionist, always checking we were happy with everything. Such a lovely lady, warm, friendly, and very professional!
