   I have come here before and the lady done a really good job. The second time round I had a young guy with tattoos and a gold chain, he gave the worst service ever! He was constantly in his phone watching something whilst doing my nails. He wasn’t concentrating at all, he started filing my nails before asking what shape/length I wanted. I took my hand away and requested the length and shape to which he replied “I know” - well he didn’t because he didn’t bother asking! He was huffing and puffing when I had to tell him multiple times that my nails were all different lengths and not matching. If we got off his phone and provided a bit of service he wouldn’t have any problems!! Disgusting service. There was no thankyou at the end either. Would never recommend him.

   I’ve been coming to this nail salon for years, but after my last experience, I will NEVER be back. They’ve recently hired a new nail tech who is extremely heavy-handed and careless. The first time she did my nails, she cut my skin, but I decided to let it go. I went back, hoping it was a one-time mistake, but it only got worse. She started picking at my cuticles without even soaking them, doing it so aggressively that my hand flinched from the pain. When I told her “ouch” because my hand was bleeding and stinging, she didn’t seem to care at all. Until I had to stop her from doing my nails and ask her what are you doing my hand is BLEEDING?! It was shocking and completely unprofessional. Not only was the experience painful, but she also skipped several basic steps. She didn’t properly clean under my nails, the sides of my nails are jagged, and the overall finish is just sloppy. It’s clear she cuts corners, and I don’t understand why this salon would employ someone like this. I should have listened to my friends and family who told me to stop coming here. After this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

   They will just put colour to your nails without removing the dry skin. I end up cleaning my nails again. Waste of money.

   Great service ,very kind staff and can recreate designs well. However if they get busy they rush the nails a lot and don’t come out as nice and the sides start to crack after a few days

   Been going for years. Growing up I went with my mum and now I go for myself. Always been so lovely and helpful. Yes they get busy and you have to wait sometimes but that just shows they’re good at what they do! having to deal with the public daily is hard enough, I’ve seen first hand how rude people can be to them! Always happy with my nails.

   Avoid! Yesterday I was there for the second time (second and the last). The girl was very rough and my nails hurt all day. Also, they asked me to pay cash...which was strange because the first time I paid by card. They charged me £48 for this manicure. Thanks God I didn't want any more beautiful manicure. Very disappointed.
