Absolutely brilliant service a few days before new year. My son has been ill all week and the lovely pharmacist & team seen him straight away. Assessed & Prescribed the medication he needed. Thanks so much
Asked about a product that was showing as in stock on the Web site. Was told it was out of stock, which is fare enough. But a member of staff that was not involved in the conversation was calling across the shop floor to us and suggested I had the wrong store I was told it was not showing as instock and the staff insisted it was not. However she then went to ask another member of staff how to change it. I also checked and it was still showing as in stock. I understand that these errors can happen but was dissapointed at just being contradicted by staff that were not behaving in the professional manner that I have come to expect from boots. We also visited boots in luchfield Town centre. The young gentleman that served us was a credit to the store and the alternative he suggested was excellent.
Very poor customer service experienced when purchasing one off the shelf item from Boots pharmacy in Lichfield Waitrose. Assistant wearing a dress, not Boots uniform, was very rude and impatient when I had a small issue accessing my Boots card on my phone. She processed my sale before I had chance to scan my card and obtain the Advantage card price discount for the item. I explained that I was not going to pay that price. If she had been more patient with me this issue would not have arisen. She was very rude and grumpy during the refund process. She then threw the coins back at me. I then proceeded to re-purchase the item, scanning the card on my phone to get the discount applied. She failed to acknowledge me during this process, subseqently slamming the item down on the counter. I have never received such rude treatment at any Boots pharmacy in my life! Avoid.
Was so clean and organised, a lovely young lady- think her name was alessia? - helped me and my friend to find what we were looking for and was very approachable and smiley.
The worse service ever from the Lichfield boots pharmacy. There was women brunette with glasses saying to me that I can’t get my medication after waiting there 30 minutes to be seen which I phone about and her main pharmacist name Miss / Mrs Palak told me that she will ordered them in for me to pick up when ever I can as they were out of date and I needed them . Miss /Mrs Palak told me that fine she was very helpful, but this girl brunette hair refused to give them with her side colleague saying no I can’t have them .Because they were in date that time when I got them which I could only use up to 6 months and as I didn’t see the date as I thought they have at least 2 years expire date as u had the other ones . So they didn’t give me none . I would never use there pharmacy as she wasn’t doing what the other pharmacists told me and wasted my journey and time
Great hidden gem of a pharmacy. Been using these guys for a few years as it's a convenient location and they are super helpful in an emegency (such as when your surgery messes up). Brilliant and friendly staff and took great care of me when I had my flujab - I'm an anxiety sufferer with a hatred of needles. They dealt with me really well.
Needed advice twice this week from the pharmacists about medicines on prescriptions. Both ladies were extremely helpful and advised me accordingly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this pharmacy as all the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

Excellent mini Boots/Pharmacy, almost hidden away in the corner of the store. Have to admit, I've shopped in this Waitrose many times, and didn't even realise that there was a Boots within the main store. After spotting it on Google Maps, had to confirm it's existence by asking member of staff, who gave me one of those looks, and pointed to it.
