   Same as most of the comments on here, wishing I’d read the reviews. Without a doubt THE worst pedicure and the overall process simply was unhygienic. After shaving down my feet, she simply washed the tool in my foot bath and then placed back on the side. She then proceeded to scrub my feet and legs with a hard brush. Do not waste your money going to this place. My feet looked better before I walked in this place.

   So disappointing! I have been there 2 weeks ago for normal mani and pedi, said it was dry and safe to put my shoes back on, arrived home to find the the nail polish on my toes completely twisted. My mum went there yesterday and had shellac mani and pedi ( faster drying) to leave the salon with a twisted nail polish. Now I know why their salon is always empty. Will never go back there ever again! Avoid at all cost!

   I visited the shop on April 7th 2023. Had eyebrows and full face hair removal and manicure and pedicure without paint. I ended up removing hair here and there when I returned home and did a closer examination. My eyebrows were barely touched. My manicure and pedicure were poor quality and I had to file my nails again the next day (today) and they still look terrible (photos taken 24 hours later after having had the service). This will be my last visit to the so called 5 start nails because of disappointing experience I paid the hard earned money for.

   Extremely disappointed with the service I received at this salon. I walked in to have gel colour take-off for hands and feet. The place was empty so I was seen to straight away, which is the only positive of the experience. In hindsight, it should have been a red flag given the reviews I have now read. Firstly, my hands were soaked in warm acetone which I have never had done for gel removal. The gentleman that carried out the removal only used one type of buffer to remove the gel and by the end of a pretty slow service, I still have small amounts of gel colour on my nails. He also ‘cut and filed’ the nails down but they are all uneven, jagged and have sharp edges. To top it all off, I was charged £17 - £7 for hands and £10 for feet (why they are different prices I do not know). I have never been charged more than £10 for this service and considering the standard I received, I was shocked. Unfortunately I was in a rush, otherwise I would have questioned the price further. Admittedly, I could have enquired about the price before receiving the treatment so this is my mistake. However, I am still extremely dissatisfied about the service I received regardless of the price. I will certainly not be returning to this salon for nail services and I would advise that others do not either.

   This was the WORST nail experience I have ever had a lot. Service is slap dash, the pedicure was awful, my toes have nail varnish all around the sides, they didn’t shape my nails, they didn’t do the cuticles, they literally did the bare minimum to scrap by calling their service a pedicure… I should have known better as then let the same woman loose on my hands. Firstly she used an acrylic nail file on natural nails, hacked them into a hideous shape that I hadn’t asked for that was uneven and wonky and then looked shocked when I said I wasn’t happy. Anyway, I took my hands away from her, paid for the pedi and left. Won’t be returning. Was so angry at the state of my finger nails. Getting your nails should be a nice treat. It is not at this place. Awful

   i’m sorry but this is the worst nail place i’ve ever been to. did my nails horribly they’re all bumpy and chipped and way to close to my finger and they broke in the first week also missed out steps doing my nails didn’t buff them and they are filled with air bubbles. generally bad quality

   Came here a couple of weeks ago, was definitely not happy with the quality of my nails. Firstly the man made them too thick and as I got home I noticed there was polish around my nails. Will not be coming here again.
