Husband went to go find kendamil, overheard staff member say to another staff member that hes saving the last 3 tins for himself and when my husband asked can he have 1 tin he goes give her something else. Disgusting behaviour and why dsnt he have the same thought himself n give his child something else. Selfish and disgusting needs to be reported. We’re only allowed to take 2 tins of formula same rule should apply with the staff.

Absolutely amazing service at this store. The staff always serve with a smile on their faces. The pharmacist always offers exceptional service. I’ve read some of these reviews and don’t understand do they have the right store.

Regularly used to go there only to find they didn't have my prescription. Always used to blame my GP. Switched to getting my prescription at Tesco and never been a problem since. Also had an appointment booked for a flu jab. Turned up only to be told they had cancelled all the flujabs as their pharmacist isn't qualified to book them. No attempt to let me know before to save a wasted journey and why allow bookings to be made if they can't be done here?

Friendly staffing team who go out of their way to make sure you have a good service. Always willing to help/ take time out of their day to find out how you are and has a good community feel despite it being part of a big chain (Boots). The store has a very basic offering but this is to be expected due to size of store.

Bought a packet of ibuprofen capsules recently. Some ingredients are shown on one of the sides of the packet. When I opened the packet there was a leaflet which showed all the ingredients, one of which was gelatine which I do not consume. Took it back but both the cashier and manager refused to exchange/refund. Was told I should have checked before I bought it. How? The leaflet was inside the closed packet! So rang the national number on the back of the receipt. Was resolved within 5 minutes! If you are vegetarian or do not take gelatine for religious reasons ASK for the ingredients before you pay. Also I think Boots should clearly indicate on the packet/container if the item is suitable for vegetarians.

Closed for lunch everyday between 1 and 2. Exactly when people are on their lunch break from work and are able to visit the Pharmacy. Dumb. I get they need lunch but when you are a shop you need to try to accommodate when the world is able to come to your shop.
