Is there another boots store in the country who close 1hour for lunch ? Here's an idea staff rotation . No information on the website . Poor show .
I hate to give poor reviews but I'm afraid this time I have to. Why can't Boots mediate with the Doctors, it's taken 3 trips and several phone calls over 7 days and still my prescription cannot be sorted for me. The Doctors say one thing Boots say another and I'm having to be the go between !! Yet my prescription gets sent there digitally!!!! P.S. remember the shop completely closes between 12pm - 1pm so don't go there during those hours
Awful pharmacy staff, acting like expecting them to do their job is the biggest inconvenience in the world. Rude and unhelpful
Awful place, staff are rude, ignorant, do not acknowledge you at the counter when you are waiting to be served, I had to ask if anyone was serving to be told when I finish this!!!!! Have no idea how to prioritise their work, all 4 staff members just kept their heads down behind the counter whilst there was a que of customers. My partner questioned if anybody was serving and the pharmacist was soo rude and unprofessional offered no apology for having to wait instead was very defensive towards him then all the members of staff decided to talk at my partner again all of them being very rude I wish I had there names so I could have put them on here, all staff members need training on how to speak to customers politely and manage there workload, I have changed my pharmacy now and will never step foot in that awful place ever again!!!!
I really like this store its always busy and the staff are friendly .they seem to be a bit short of staff and close 1 hour for lunch which is a bit of a problem when your on your lunch hour and need to get your perscription. I understand people need lunch breaks but wouldn't it be best to rotate the breaks ?They close at 5.30 so can not get there in time after work.
Can understand they shut for lunch probably due to staff shortages. I waited half an hour for them to open, then proceeded to the chemist queue. I was 4th in line and waited around 10 minutes which I didn’t mind. However staff were avoiding eye contact with all customers and had no sense of urgency. Resulting in large queues and customers confused as to which line to wait in as no one was serving at the check out tills. Poor customer service, staff really looked like they didn’t want to be there.
Small boots outlet with little to offer but the basic pharmaceuticals. I got a few prescriptions with them and they took a good while to approve with the doctor to allow the pharmacist to hand over. I went out shopping and came back and still not ready. But staff really friendly and store clean and tidy. No issues with stocking.
Amazing staff, great treatment from the pharmacy. Even though the store is quite small its perfect as a local, and all of the staff there make it more enjoyable to visit the bigger stores. Staff are always friendly and willing to help and go above and beyond no matter what the issue.
