Utterly useless. Deliver only part of your prescription or don't deliver at all. Next to impossible to get through to on the phone, they just don't answer.
Avoid, I used to get my repeat prescription from here, but was made to feel like a criminal last time. Usually you just give your name and address to collect medication, but this lady decided she'd interrogate me on every medication I'd ordered, how I pay etc. If I didn't know better I'd say that they're overwhelmed with customers and are trying to get rid of them. Well it worked and I now use an online service which is quicker and sends the medication direct to me.
Both times me or my husband went to collect my prescription, there's this one man who tries to push back from handing my meds esp when I have been told I can come to collect, that its ready. This guy huffs n puffs and gives my meds within 10 mins! And he then behaves like he done me a favour! I was thinking of changing my nominated pharmacy before but now I have.
I have used this pharmacy for a while now for my repeat prescription and will definitely be changing my nominated pharmacy in the new year. They send my text messages notifying me my prescription is ready minutes before the pharmacy closes, usually on a Friday when they are not open over the weekend. This has happened several times over the past few months when I am aware that my gp has already approved the prescription. My medication is only for pain relief but my worry is for those who take regular medication for serious illnesses... this is most definitely a safeguarding issue if they are made to wait for their medication while the pharmacy can be bothered to dispense it.

Pharmacy that don't answer telephone. Very disappointed in this Pharmacy. They do not communicate with you when an essential medication is out of stock. Truly shocking and with no duty of care.
Disgusting rude ignorant staff. Do not listen to me neither do they speak English well to understand. Avoid this rude Ill mannered pharmacy at all costs. I have heart issues and an amputation and they do not listen at all. I will keep writing reviews about these ignorant dumb staff. Thank you for listening NOT
My mum called the pharmacy to find out why her prescription hasn’t been delivered and they said unfortunately no one will be coming to deliver due to staff shortage. No one notified her that she would be without medication. Her medication ran out and had to wait till someone could deliver. It was the fact that no one told her there may be a delay with her medication that upset her.
Rude. Their courier claimed I have multiple cars on the drive. I am disabled and cannot leave the house. How dare they judge me. Look at the other reviews. Other pharmacies are happy to deliver to an 75 year Old disabled person.
1 star is generous. My mother is told to wait for a text to collect her prescription, never received a text, she went to the pharmacy to collect them only to find them closed! When calling to chase up her meds, she is greeted by uncompassionate staff with a very poor attitude. She has been left without her medication over the weekend and has now gone into full blown withdrawal! She is in agony without her medication and can barely move, I hope you are happy with yourselves, leaving a sick woman to suffer like this. To work in this industry, you need compassion and empathy, not a lick of it in sight in this branch.
