   We have heard that this pharmacy may be closed down, due to ? cost cutting. PLEASE keep it open. This is an excellent pharmacy, with excellent friendly, helpful & professional staff. It has it's own community, who rely on it's convenience, being situated in Sainsbury's. We collect our medication & we shop. Everyones a winner! So handy, especially for those of us who need a lot of medication & who are also carers, collecting prescriptions for others. PLEASE leave our Lloyd's, in our Sainsbury's.

   I bought one Lactulose 500ml from this place and they have charged me 2 pounds extra compared to the same LloydsPharmacy store outside. When I asked the reason, she said this is the right price and she doesn’t know why the price is lower in their website as well as their outside stores.

   Went in on Sunday 3rd Feb for some antibiotics and had the rudest customer service experience I have had for a very long time. Previously, I had used this chemist and they were lovely. The lady on the till, had an abrupt tone and snatched my prescription out of my hand and had a 'couldn't careless attitude'. I asked a question about the antibiotics, and fair enough she enquired and I got a satisfactory answer, that was fine. However, after poor nights sleep and emergency out of hours appointment at the dr's, its the last thing you need!
