If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. Disgraceful pharmacy. Went for my flu jab only to be told staff is off sick and come back another time. Went back few weeks later only to be told the booking system is down and to return another time. Excuse after excuse and they don't have the decency to let patients know in advance. Avoid at all costs.
I booked online covid jab and flu jab for my husband and flu jab for myself. The booking was accepted and I was given a reference number. We arrived early to be told we should not have booked for a Friday appointment and we could not have our jabs. Nothing whatsoever indicated that a Friday booking was not permitted. This is the second year running that this has happened so we went to a walk- in pharmacy in Acocks Green and received a first class service. Unfortunately we don't have a good opinion of our designated pharmacy.
When you manage to actually get someone on the phone - the pharmacists on the phone are not helpful at all. I have been trying to call for 5 days now and nobody has picked up the phone. How annoying!
This pharmacy never answers the phone I am disabled person who can't get out. Medicine is always missed when sent out and I am always having to pay someone to go an chase it up for me. It's just not right. So be wise and go elsewhere. I will be too
Aroosa the pharmacist had a stinking attitude as soon as I walked in. With 10 minutes left for closing, she told after 5 minutes into being there that she couldn't process my prescription and rolled her eyes whilst speaking. Nasty, rude and arrogant woman.
I have been using this chemist for a couple of years now and thay always get my meds ready on time for me and the staff are plesent as well only problem I have is never pick up the phone when I need to speak about meds
I haven’t got an issue, the online request service is great they get back to you within few hours. Much better then the phone. If you don’t manage to get an appointment they always phone you. I haven’t had an issue but definitely recommend the online request
This pharmasy has had my wifes prescription for a week and i have recived no conntact to say its ready , so we decided to go up and see if we could get it but was told they could not get tablets there were manfacturing issues ok i under stand this. she was told by them to phone around other chemists her selft o see if could ger any. I mean if they havent any whatts the chances??? for them to hold on to my wifes prescription for a week and not inform her or my doctor giving us chance to do this surely brakes there duty of care to there patients leving them with out any medication im sure there a lot more people in same predicament wirh these people i would rate them Zero if i could
I would not have given any stars if i had a choice... ridiculous surgery can never get an appointment all gone by 8.30am this morning...so within 30 seconds all apps have been taken. I have been trying to make an appointment for 6 days. Julia Slater extremely rude receptionist with no manners I have put in a complaint about her. Why is this surgery still accepting new patients when they cannot deal with their current ones and offer them the correct service of care we all deserve. Dear reader could you please click the like button below for my honest and impartial review, for some strange reason this makes me very happy:)
Extremely terrible service from reception staff you can never get an appointment. I called this morning 50 times got through then waited in the queue then I got cut off called again 40 times waited in the queue told the receptionist I need to see a doctor as I had the ambulance out last night and they advised me to see my doctor this morning and the only thing this surgery offered me was a call back from my doctor not even an appointment and the call back is for this afternoon as all the morning ones have gone (not my fault as I got cut off) this surgery needs to improve or close down since when were the receptionists able to make a judgement if your medical problem is serious or not. Because she’s offered me a doctor callback she obviously is going against the advice the ambulance staff said. What does it take for this surgery to take us seriously. There seems to be a lot of complaints but nothing is being done about it.
