Never had a problem here, they're always courteous and polite and professional. Remember though that they close for a lunch hour which isn't shown on Google maps info.

What a total disgrace this "pharmacy" is. Went in today to collect prescription my doctor had ordered at.11 30am. The assistant was downright RUDE. I was told one of the items was out of atock but could have the other one in 10.mins time. Eh? Why the wait? No items now I have to go to another pharmacy and wait the hour for my return trip home. This is why the prescription was sent to Maypole. The so called assistance should remember who pays her wages and use the little manners she has. I will not use this brance again, they never have the items to complete the prescrition. Why? I have voiced my concerns to head office. What an utter disgrace.

My 70yr old father arrived on 13th October for his flu jab appointment. He was a little late because he’d gone to the wrong boots. He was asked for ID, which he presented a perfectly acceptable form of ID. His bank card. The woman would not accept his ID, her attitude towards him was poor and she was completely non-collaborative. My father had to leave without having his flu jab. The next day they went to boots in kings Heath who accepted his bank card as ID and said the boots in maypole should also have accepted it. Terrible customer service to a pensioner who had travelled to the store for a service they had booked in for. Shame on you boots!

Extremely poor service. Prescriptions are never ready irrespective you go and collect them after several hours. Even when you are there after advised to collect they are not ready. Sometimes even you have to tell them that the doctor have sent a prescription. Poor very poor

Local Boots chemist very hand for prescriptions and medical items. Only slight problem is 1pm closure for an hour, why can't they have staggered lunch hours? Really frustrating.

My prescription was electronically sent to this chemist, doctors advised will be able to collect same day as I usually would when I go in with a paper prescription. Got there and they advised it takes 24 hours? 24 hours for what?! They have the medicine in stock, it isnt something they need to order in. Went back today to pick up the prescription and now have to go back later today as the pharmacist left for their lunch BEFORE the 1 hour lunch break at 1pm that the chemist closes for. If this medicine was urgently required, this would be a significant issue. Better off going to Whites pharmacy down the road, where they dont put a random 24hr turn around time.
