   Visit chemist on the 26/10/25 and the young man on duty very rude he need to be send on a customer care course. I heard him speak very unprofessional to a customer earlier, I had to call the pharmacy later in the afternoon and was speaking to one of the young lady he took over the call without my knowledge and was trying to talk down to me. Very rude guy never met any staff that rude at this pharmacy after going there for many , many years.

   Very good experience from the lady with the scarf who works there occasionally. She explained everything thoroughly, I'm autistic and she was really kind and gentle when I asked questions. It's great to see good pharmacist exist

1. Honest ★★☆☆☆

   The surgery has gone down hill since DR Jhittay left. They booked me onto the wrong test, meaning I lost 2 days pay from work. Still awaiting for medication and I've been waiting 7 days! I was meant to recieve my medication after 2 days. 4 days went by, I was told they will message me tomorrow to collect it. Recieved no message, and they closed at 1pm. Meaning I'm now having to wait another 3 days. Hoping my symptoms do not get worse as I've waited long enough.
