   Came in to speak to the pharmacist for advice on a personal matter. The security guard was within ear shot so could hear and the pharmacist was unable to speak to me for 30 mins due to being busy. I understand they are busy however when someone needs advice which probably would have taken less than 2 mins on advice about what product to purchase was not helpful at all. I had to leave as was unable to wait related to the matter I entered the chemist for. I Won't return to this boots. Thank you to the other member of staff who apologised for the wait and was able to assist with other item I purchased.
