   Extremely rude and unprofessional – not recommended at all! A few months ago, we went to Richyal Pharmacy to ask for work experience. Saiqa initially gave us everything we needed and even signed our papers, but then she went back on her word. She was extremely rude to my mum and younger sister, speaking in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. On top of that, she told us that her colleagues “have no authority,” which is shocking behavior and shows a complete lack of teamwork or professionalism. Her attitude made the whole experience stressful and disappointing. I do not recommend! Avoid avoid!

   Worst services ever. Was referred to the chemist for my daughter via 111, when I took my daughter there who was very unwell, was told that the pharmacist is not able to see her. The pharmacist did not even have the decency to step outside from wherever she was to apolgise. I was told to do the referral again, which took an hour to do previously. Terrible service, would not recommend.Waste of time.

   An absolutely fantastic, wonderful and stupendous pharmacy. I hv no words to discribe their service. Warm and friendly young staff who always hv smile on their faces. The level of service provided was outstanding. I must say professionalism is in richyal chemist.

   Chemist is brilliant, can find everything you need here. Also do ear piercing. I got my daughters ears pierced from a lady called Shabina. She was amazing, she made her feel so calm and relaxed, she did a brilliant job and my daughter was sooo happy. She made her feel like a princess. :)

   I came in to pierce my childs ears. 2 elders were ahead being served. They wer so happy with customer service. They were very appreciative of shabina. Then shabina served me. Very friendly happy atmosphere. So happy to have gone there. Best customer service i have seen so far. Well done richyal for keeping good staff

   First time at this pharmacy as I'm new to the area. really good pharmacy, super clean. Very friendly and kind staff. Gave me a discounted price on getting my ears pierced straight away without any hassle. Answered all my questions/concerns and handled me with alot of patience and care. Thank you Azim and Aliyah.
