   They show total disregard for their patient’s health. My medicines were delivered on Tuesday 19, apart from one which was not in stock at that time, I waited till Friday and called, was told will be delivered on Monday. Didn’t get it so called again on Tuesday was told again, will be delivered on the same day, again didn’t get it. Today on Wednesday (9 days after the rest of the prescribed medicines getting delivered), i tried speaking with the pharmacist to get a better knowledge of what was going on, she was rude, wouldn’t even listen to what i was saying. At a point she even denied having a prescription for that medication. After using their services for more than 10 years i feel disgusted and disappointed.

   I have been getting my mum and grandma’s medication here for quite some time now. I have never had an issue with them and I cannot fault their service. They offer an exceptional delivery service that is free and much better than any other I’ve had in the past. I order medication in the morning and have it delivered at my door within hours. No other pharmacy has been this efficient. My grandma sometimes forgets to order her medication and they always go above and beyond to ensure she doesn’t run out. A real pharmacy that cares for its customers.

   People seem to only write a review when they've got something negative to say. It is a shame that patients don't write a review about how exceptional the service from all the staff at Evergreen is. I have always had my medications delivered, and I am so grateful for this service. The customer service has always been remarkable. Highly recommend.

   Went there for a abpm absolute scammers took a £20 deposit off me for the machine and said it will be given back when I return the machine I returned it and all of a sudden there was a supposed to be a case on there which ‘’may have come off whilst I was changing clothes’’ If your so called case was any good I’m sure it wouldn’t of just fallen off while changing clothes and even if it did fall off whilst changing clothes I’m sure it wouldn’t of been worth £20. They never told me prior to me taking it that there was a case on there maybe if someone told me I would of checked it properly. Even in your letter no case was mentioned. In the letter it says if you are 10 minutes late you will be refunded only £10 if you are 30 minutes late or more no refund will be returned so in the case of a family emergency you would of lost your deposit. lol very good way to run a scamming business I will never be using these guys again and if any of you do need a ABPM do not come here they will find a reason to not give your deposit back. Disgusting behaviour.

   I arrived 5 minutes before 19h, people behind the counter ignoring me, try to call multiple times, no answer. Needed just a bottle of calpole for my 6 month baby with high temperature. Lidl and asda are out of stock. Nice health customer service
