    Ordered prescription Monday which I needed for Saturday, was told by a rude Stephen it wasn't 7 days I understand that's my fault but he was so abrupt I explained it's Hrt which I have been on for 6 years. I ordered and hoped for best, I called yesterday Friday which spoke to Stephen again who said did you get a txt I said no but just thought my 8 items maybe ready. He said only 3 have come of which were not HRT again he was really rude to me, I said I don't know why your being so rude to me which he replied I don't think I'm being rude. I called my doctors they said only 3 items were requested not, I called chemist again and a lady answered they said nothing they can do but order again which will be another 7 days if I need it urgent call 111. No empathy at all so now I either have to ring an 111 for a mistake of theirs or go without awful customer service no wonder NHS is in such a mess

    The service in this pharmacy is absolutely terrible. First thing their landline is not working and this has been the case for months. The doctor prescribed some antibiotics for my 9 years old daughter. They never sent me a text, I waited for 3 days and I have tried to call them several time but of course their phone is not working. So, I just had to go there and they said to me it’s not ready yet, you have to wait. That was an antibiotic and it was for a child, I was really shocked. The same thing again happened with a prescription for myself, I had to wait 10 days and nothing from them, when I went there they said that my medicine is out of stock. They didn’t bother to call me or to update me. The prescription is that pharmacy takes a long time to be ready and they can’t bother updating you or fixing their phone please try to avoid this pharmacy otherwise they’ll make you even more sick

    My partner went in earlier to pick up a cream he was prescribed last night at the hospital urgent treatment centre. He was told he’d be waiting a while which was fine but after 15 minutes the same woman said that she couldn’t sort it because she had a meeting at noon and didn’t want to be disciplined! My partner showed her the rash on his calf which looks terribly severe and said he’d been to the hospital the night before but she still refused to help. He had to keep pushing, explaining that he really needs to use it before he starts his shift as his job is practically demanding and he doesn’t finish until 10pm. Eventually she got it for him but he had to be persistent. The manner and attitude he was met with was careless and unprofessional.

    If I could give 0 stars I would, it’s absolutely ridiculous getting any kind of help here, they didn’t let me know my repeat prescriptions weren’t being sent(thankfully my doctor prescribed a surplus) but it was my job to fix their mistakes and when I asked about my new prescription I was told I should know better than to expect my medication to be there the day the doctor prescribed it. I have never in my life had to wait more than a few hours for a prescription until going here. I would absolutely never recommend and I have loved pharmacy’s now

    Staff are rude never answer the phone when you go in for your script it’s never ready or the pharmacist is never there and also never has anything in stock

    This chemist provides wonderful service during the week .. ( mainly due to a particular member of staff ) .. however .. avoid it like the plague on a saturday . It's an absolute shambles . Saturday after Saturday there's constant delays and excuses as to why your medication isn't ready . At 9.30 am I was told the medication hadn't been " signed off " yet . The same conversation was had at 3.30 pm . After waiting another 20 minutes I expressed my frustration and was told " you should have more patience " !! This was by a Male staff member and in front of other customers . What an absolute disgrace . I know it's very busy BUT either employ competent , well trained and empathetic staff or stop taking new patients as it's obvious that they can't cope with the present demand

    Wonderful experience at the Pharmacy. Big thankyou to the Pharmacist, Amit for providing my mother flu and pneumonia vaccination and then arranging delivery of her medication even though it was a Sunday. Fantastic service! Support staff were great, and made the whole process seemless. Thankyou guys. Keep up the great work.

    My mum has had multiple issues waiting for prescriptions to be delivered that never turn up, no updates. One time she ran out of her medication because it took so long. Shes now waiting for antibiotics following a stay in hospital, still hasn't got them and the chemist never answers the phone. She's happy to go collect but if they never answer she never knows whether to go. Terrible

    Absolutely disgraceful practise. My parents both in their eighties, were told you were too busy for a home delivery, they have been using this chemist for more Years than I can remember. I'm posting this, as I live in Jersey, thank goodness we have far better service. Shame on you, thankfully they have found another chemist that would deliver. One day she was told the prescriptions weren't ready, so went to Iceland, only to be robbed of her handbag, obviously a tad distracted by your poor service. Well done Steve Castle
