   Went to have my ears cleaned of wax The pharmacist was very polite,professional and reassuring. I have never had my ears syringed before and so was a tad bit apprehensive. I was surprised to find it a painless procedure. The pharmacist all the while was talking me through the procedure as he commenced. Many thanks Iftikhar.

   Amazing staff, great treatment from the pharmacy. Pharmacist was so helpful and took his time explaining to me about what the medication was and how to use it? Its perfect as a local, and all of the staff there make it more enjoyable to visit the store. Staff are always friendly and willing to help and go above and beyond no matter what the issue.

   Decided to change pharmacy to a pharmacy local to us as it is convenient to pick up medication if we have missed the delivery. Someone from the pharmacy proceeded to call my gp surgery to complain that the surgery staff are changing pharmacy of preference. I changed pharmacy because i wanted to and didnt need attitude from the pharmacist or the shop floor staff everytime medication missingor not delivered on time. Please learn to respect our choice and try not to act like a kid running to the teacher to make an complaint just because they are not happy. Reply: "numerous requests for medication in advance of prescriptions when travelling abroad" i can confirm this never happened and the last time my parents went abroad not all the medication was delivered and i had to arrange for the outstanding medication to be collected and have it sent to them. You can check your records.

   Was sent hear from 111 so the can check me and refer me to doctors they never checked me just said buy if the counter Deflam spray lucky went to doctors in time as he said had a infection was givin antibiotics in time otherwise would have been stuck and in pain for the holidays break up

   Completely useless front staff at the tills. A couple of years ago I went in to be served by a middle aged Pakistani woman. I went in and asked for some "generic paracetamol" she found the word "generic" to be too much for her because she did not understand it. She thought I should use words more suited for Alum Rock eventhough she works at a pharmacy. After dealing with such an imbecile I said I would never go in to that chemist again. Fast forward a couple of years and I went in to get some baby powder milk and was met by yet another asian woman, this time elderly who could not string an English sentence together and did not do much besides grunting. Anyway I pay for the milk by card and no receipt comes out eventhough the transaction was complete and so I was told that I could not take the milk. The pharmacists gets involved. I said that I will go home (with the milk - because I've paid for it) and check my mobile internet app and if I haven't paid I will come back and pay. The pharmacist think I am some petty thief and con-man insisted that I pay again so I did and the same thing happened again. No receipt. I told him that's exactly what happened the first time. Now the pharmacist said "I trust you, if I have over charged you I will pay you back" There was no "trust" here. If there was he would have follwed my initial idea. So now I go home get my phone check my banking app. See I've been charged twice take the phone and the milk back demand my full £20 back and the pharmacists has the nerve to ask why I don't want the milk. To which I explain that he has wasted my time on this non-issue and I will never shop there again. A pharmacy makes 10s of thousanda of pounds per year and here we have a pharmacist and his incompetent till staff crying over £10. Disgraceful. This pharmacy needs to invest in serious professional front of house staff who are competant in the English language, with the card machine and are well rounded human beings.

   Decent place, staff are friendly at times. How quickly your medicine is dispensed is entirely dependent on how quickly they decide the job is worth doing.
