   Stag used to be really good not sure whats happened this year all I can say money greed comes to mind. They said sign up pre paid prescription then do not want to provide medication kept lieing awaiting delivery week before expiry of pre pay when requested medication they lied everyday awaiting delivery followed by not received any order . Luckily called my doctor and mentioned all there nonsense when dr put request they delivered. Month later today they deliver medication post when not requested. When called stag male Guy lies and says my dr requested it they cant send without dr request. Called my dr said chemist put request yesterday. Stag liers will return the medication and glad dr changed to different pharmacy for me and whole family.

   Consistently disappointed with this pharmacy. My medications are repeatedly left outside, despite me raising the issue multiple times. It’s unsafe, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ needs. After seeing no improvement at all, I’ve lost confidence in using this pharmacy.

   Really disappointed with this pharmacy. They told me my baby’s antibiotics would be delivered, but the delivery never happened. They called once and I missed the call, there was no follow-up message or second attempt to contact me, even though this was an important medication for a baby. Now the pharmacy is closed for two days, and I’m left without the antibiotics we were promised. Because of this, my baby was left at risk without the antibiotics we were expecting, and it felt like there was little concern for the urgency of my baby’s health. This lack of reliability and communication is unacceptable. I won’t be using this pharmacy again.

   My baby wasn't felling well doctor prescribed urgent antibiotics i called them so many times to deliver the medication they said they will also they said alredy deliver man took medication to deliver at 4:00 i was waiting for medication but no1 came then rang again they closed the shop if they can't deliver they should say come and collect it but they never say anything its said alredy been out for deliver but I never get my baby medication worst service ever and I won't recommend anyone to get medication from them .also I won't use them never ever in my life

   I recently visited Stag Pharmacy, and I have to say, it’s honestly one of the best pharmacies I’ve been to. The place looks sleek, modern, and very well-maintained. Everything’s organized and clean, making the whole experience smooth. I was served by a female pharmacist by the name Ayesha who was incredibly helpful, took the time to answer all my questions, and gave me clear, thoughtful advice. Her friendly attitude made the whole visit even better. Funny enough, I initially walked into the pharmacy next door by accident, and what a difference! I highly recommend Stag Pharmacy if you're looking for a great experience and fantastic service.

   I would just like to say that this is the best pharmacy in Birmingham, possibly in Britain. They delivery my prescription to my door on a two monthly basis, never any issues. They are even delivering my antibiotics as I write this review. When I have occasion to go to the pharmacy, the staff are always helpful and friendly. I work at a primary care facility myself and I know that all pharmacies are not the same. Well done on another excellent year, you have done yourselves proud yet again.

   This has to be most corrupt pharmacy in Small Heath. STOP telling patients you are going to come to BP tests at home. Strange time to offer such services during a pandemic!!!
