   One of the rudest employees, just disgraceful, racist people. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS. WAY BETTER ONES OUT THERE!!! If I had the option, I would give them 0 stars. Honestly, they don't deserve any. Just disgusting human beings who don't know what they are doing—very uneducated.

   This Sirpal Chemist is APPALLING to say the LEAST . Took an £18.99 pkt of TENA pads on Monday evening which my son after school purchased for his grandmother, they were the wrong size , as they had closed I went the following morning promptly to exchange the pkt for the next size down and the so called very unprofessional manager said no we cannot exchange a pkt of pads which was sealed in a pkt . I was astounded at her reluctance to exchange when my mother has been having her prescriptions from this pharmacy for decades and Ii have been PURCHASING TENA PANTs for the my mum for over 3 years and prior to that for my father it is absolutely awful their manners conduct speech and overall conduct . For a pharmacy that has been on ladypool for a long time serving the community who trust their expertise I can SAY hand in my HEART they do not deserve the public or government service for their wholly despicable conduct and services , they cease to understand that the consumer has rights and that they are only operating because of the community and general public who use the pharmacy day in day out to fill their greed and contempt. SIMRAN SIRPAL is wholly unprofessional and should not be trusted with her attitude for dispensing medicine to the vulnerable public. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all. They were not willing to order me a pkt of the correct size of pads and this refused the exchange but when I said I will take the small of the shelf she exchanged them with my proof of purchase!!!! Contemptuous behaviour pure evil!!! The wrong size of Tena cost £18.99 the ones I normally buy my mum cost £12.63 which have gone up considerably. No compassion or empathy or understanding of the reasoning of the exchange just a blatant no we will not exchange!! On what grounds are you not exchanging, which she and her likeminded appalling illiterate co-worker could not decide how to deal with my request. All I can say they are a disgustingly bad mannered unaware pair who need to consider retraining in some etiquette or customer care. I would not eve rate them because they are atrocious to say the least . I have been giving this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt for a long time and this was the final straw . Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Whenever I have asked for advice regarding medication or ailment the staff have tried their best at all times without being judgemental. Recently I really appreciate their delivery service for my repeat medication and if ever I’m not home they leave a note so I know my medication is ready. Thankyou to all the staff for your support.
