   Visited this place as a 1st time customer and was greeted beautifully by a loud female worker by the name of Nafeesa. She spoke to me with respect and was very helpful in what i asked for before leaving. The shop in general is very cramped and the shelves are barely empty. Prices are okay, but can do with more better deals when ordering new ones in depending on their chosen medical suppliers.

   Very poor services from staff been to others boots never had same problem does not open Saturday which headache if want to get your medicine even your own GP open on Saturday shop need to be more tidy hardly any stock that you need lucky to get one star

   Very bad customer service The lady on counter was not professional 13/10/2022. If we buy another pharmacy they can replace but boots they don’t return replace or refund even you don’t use The man sold me two medicine and I told him I will change if one of them not suitable Becuase I don’t know which one my family need He told me okay but I came and asked I want to replace paracetamol with calpol She said we don’t take back or return even you don’t open or use I called customer service and they said I have to speak with manager but she did not listen to me and move to another side while I’m on counter and I left shop So I’m very upset their customer service If less then one start I want to give Hopefully they will try to better service it’s my mistake why I come to them instead other pharmacy near to them and they help and polite

   Amazed how this boots has not closed down in the centre of pakistan really nice and clean they stock everything always happy to help the staff are tremendous ans know what they are doing. If the other fake pharmacist dont have it you can count on this please dont close down we need this place in the community.

   Excellent service and good communications. I've had problems at pharmacies in the past where they do not inform you of medicine that is out of stock or can only be partially fulfilled. At this Boots Pharmacy, they checked in advance, called me on my mobile and informed me of this so I could pick some of my meds from Boots and some from a different pharmacy.
