   As joint landlords looking to sell our remaining residential BTL properties and exit the market after 29 years, we experienced a problem with one of our larger properties that was converted into separate flats. I contacted Ben to discuss the situation and he said that he could help us. He came out the next day and achieved a fantastic result for the sale of property after advising us and helping with paperwork, solicitors, viewings etc. We decided to use him again for ‘large house’ number 2, also split into separate flats. That also achieved a fantastic result for us given the current market conditions. When our last ‘large’ house (No.3) needed selling, it was easy enough to call Ben and set the wheels in motion. He’s just sold that one for us, too. Ben had a good contact base to liaise with and some of his new enquirers/buyers will increase that customer base of serious investors. All three houses were sold (via offer) before the formal auctions actually took place. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ben and OLAPA - he was easily contactable at all times. We are very grateful to him for making our plans to get out of BTL in 2025/26 a reality.

   Amazing service from initial viewing of our property, right through to even after we’d moved into our new home. Ben’s straight talking, no nonsense approach made him stand out from other agents. He gave gave tips of how best to present our property, making it more appealing to potential buyers (unlike all the other agents we’d spoken to beforehand). Our property sold for full asking price within 24 hours, which was much more than we expected. Pinto made selling the house a dream, taking all the stress away, meaning we could concentrate on the excitement of moving to our new home. I would (and have done since) recommend Pinto to anyone!
