   Nice, modern pharmacy, but the staff need to be more professional — you'd think you are in a youth club, rather than a pharmacy, with the girls at the back giggling, smirking, exchanging glances between each other. It does not feel professional or welcoming at all.

   Disgusting customer service! They sent me the wrong item so I requested a refund. I sent the item back but only got half my money back. They tried to claim the item was damaged so only partially refunded me! This was a lie as I returned it the same day and in perfect order. Avoid this company!!

   I ordered milk formula from this company for my twin babies to be delivered in 3-5 working days. 8 working days after ordering I received an email saying my order was cancelled without any explanation. This is just simply unacceptable when infants are relaying on receiving the formula !!

   Waited ten days for order to arrive, giving allowance for being so close to Christmas. Out of the blue, I received an email cancelling my order. No apology, no explanation. At least, the refund via PayPal was immediate, but won't be shopping here again.

   Wouldn’t advise anyone to use xtreme pharmacy, there customer service is xtreme disgusting. Ordered from them online, had a totally different product delivered, contacted them, took them 5 days to respond and be told that I can return the wrong product they sent me or I can keep the product and have a partial refund!! If I wanted fungal cream I would of ordered it in the first place !! Absolutely disgusting customer service and disgrace to the medical profession. Mickey mouse

   This xtremepharmacy has awful customer service. They sell very short dated medicines to people. I mean expiry date on the medicines packet only month or two left. People should not buy medicines from them. Most people do not check expiry date. Be careful.
