   Been coming here to collect my prescriptions for a while now, and I always have the best service! Young girl Chloe always serve me with a friendly welcoming smile, and Stephen is a great bloke who takes his time to come and speak to me.

   i came in for a consultation, i asked to talk privately to the consultant as it was a private matter. He made me blurt out it out in-front of the whole pharmacy which i didn’t appreciate. They have a consultation room for a reason. I felt embarrassed and ashamed, my dignity left my body. No confidentiality whatsoever. Also may i talk about the way he was talking about his colleague infront of customers, calling her mentally ill, smelly, mentioning her motherhood, asking what medication is she taking (trying to be snarky) i was more so disgusted with the behaviour and language he used towards her - literally just picking her to bits. POOR SERVICE! UTTERLY DISGUSTED TOO!

   Absolutely a joke need some medicine and gave them all my prescriptions and then told me they haven’t got 3 of my meds told me they are open man 2 morrow and they are closed absolutely a joke really not happy all need that med really urgently
