This has got to be the worst brand of Boots in the UK. They are beyond incompetent, and extremely rude. The way they spoke to two pensioners on two separate occasions was appalling. I'd advise anyone living local to this branch to avoid and go elsewhere, even if it means travelling further. That's what my circle of friends and family have now done.

Called in to collect a prescription for my husband, who was advised it would be available. It wasn’t no problem there, come back next day, I wasn’t given a time. I called back and was greeted by a very rude lady , Denise I think her name is. Who felt the need to speak on behalf of the pharmacist. Telling me , we never said a time, exactly, that’s why I’m here . Well, delivery hasn’t been and it’s not ready , gave me a look and preceded to walk off…. Friendly service doesn’t cost you, sadly you either have it or you don’t , and the staff in there don’t . Only exception, is the new young man who serves , he is polite and professional, the rest of you could learn from him ..

Empty store but still a 20 minute wait for a prescription. Expensive for everything else. And when will shops learn that having a discount for a membership stops people just popping in to buy something - I might have spent £20 if I knew I wasn’t being ripped off with a more expensive price.

Staff are constantly rude to customers and always look unhappy in their jobs. They have no tolerance with the elderly and I have often heard them be short tempered with them. I've never heard them talk nicely to anyone. The prescriptions are always late.

The staff are generally friendly but they are very slow to process repeat prescriptions. After they lost a repeat prescription request and then suggested it never existed (!), I asked my doctor to send prescriptions to the Clock Pharmacy on Northfield High St instead, which is infinitely better. I now only use this for buying over the counter medicines.

This pharmacy has hugely gone downhill in the last couple of years. They have apparently recently "upgraded" their IT systems, but tell me they are now unable to offer automatic repeat prescriptions. They also can't offer any indication how long it could take for stock to be replenished. They seem to think this is normal. I wonder if there has been a change of management? Something's gone seriously wrong with management here.

Arrived at this chemist to have a pre-booked flu vaccination. Greeted by a friendly member of the team who asked us to wait and someone would be with us. We arrived earlier than our appointment time so expected to wait. 20 minutes later we were still waiting! Customers coming into the shop were repeatedly told their prescriptions were not ready, some had bought them in days before. Customers leaving unhappy. Eventually taken to a very small room akin to a cupboard. We were told by the young woman who introduced herself as the pharmacist responsible for vaccinations that she had no record of us. To say this was a surprise when we had received two text messages and emails reminding us of the appointment. We were told to sit back outside and complete a form! We left! This chemist really needs to get it's act together. Shelves empty and very poorly organised. Contacted Lloyds chemist, booked in straight away and they were expecting us! I think this chemists has had it's day!!!

Used this place for years with no issue until recently. Never have what I need, staff can't find prescriptions and are questioning whether it has been sent to them. Last straw was when they wanted to charge 2 prescription fees for 1 item as the tablets, that I have been taking for years now, contained 2 drugs in 1 tablet. I had the prescription put back on the system and collected it elsewhere for the expected 1 fee. Have now changed my nominated pharmacy

3 times I have had to go here today because of their mistakes with a prescription . unbelievable. Even told me a item hadn't been ordered so went to doctors only to be told it had. Absolute shambles. Not even a sorry. Got soaking wet on 2 occasions but I can assure you that I won't be picking my cold and flu stuff from there.i will go to a proper pharmacy.
