Staff are helpful, service is good, improved alot, they have moved to witton road, which itself was another branch of Xtreme and not very at all. I'm pleased that Birchfield rd Xtreme pharmacy has taken over this branch and moved over with their staff
Absolutely shocking, unreliable staff who are rude and horrible. My friend called in today about her missing medication and she got LAUGHED at by one of the male members of staff at the pharmacy. He asked have you even taken your medicine today as you seem a bit angry?! Appalled with the behaviour would not recommend to anyone! Disgusted !
i would definitely not recommend this place, my sister rang today and the person on the phone was literally so rude to her basically taking the piss out of her due to the medication she takes. you guys seriously need to get better staff who actually care about there customers and not take the piss out of there health issues whichever it may be. would not recommend this pharmacy at all.
Really polite super staff here always willing to help and offer you guidance and the calls ARE answered promptly would highly recommend only downside is hard to get them to deliver your medicines wish this could change unsure why this has stopped? I'd be happy if they had a card machine so it is easier for us working folk.
I WISH I'D CHECK THE REVIEWS FIRST! Shocking disregard for their customers. Order 4 days ago. No comms. Today I get a refund notice with no communications what so ever. 1 star is overated! AVOID!!!

Not reliable Its probably pharmacy policy not to answer the phone, on the dozens of times I called over a period of about 1 month to enquire about my medication not once did they answer. They only have the one number which they print on their labels and advertise online.
Great staff and if any issues with repeat they always communicate with me.
