   Store was busy with only one checkout open. Yet 4 members of staff are standing around by the shower gel having a mother’s meeting while the queue for the checkout is getting longer. You would think this time of the year you would want to boost sales

   Normally I would give a 5-star rating to Home Bargains as it is one of my favourite shops. But unfortunately, there were a lot of items I was unable to get this trip and the shelves were quite empty. Also, I have been complaining for a while now, the lack of small trollies. As I have a disability the large trollies are too heavy and awkward to push. They tell me they are stolen all the time, but I am sure it would be easy enough to come up with a solution to this.

   As always a pleasure to shop at Home Bargains.i don't think I've ever, in any of the shops, encountered a rude member of staff. They are all always happy, friendly and willing to help. And there are always stocked shelves where possible.
