   The pharmacy staff are all really untrained in their role, negligent unprofessional and rude towards customers very incompetent and unfair . On multiple occasions they have delayed my prescriptions ,wasted my time and messed me about which is extremely uncalled for behaviour ; if they just had any sense of urgency, time management and organisation they would provide a better service but even their attitude is horrendous. If this is how they treat a disabled individual who is a regular local I can’t imagine the treatment others receive . Would not recommend this pharmacy to anybody

   Brilliant caring people at the pharmacy, been with them for nearly 14 years. Unfortunately, as I start and finish work when the pharmacy isn't open, I'm having to change to one in the city centre where I can easily get my meds in my lunch break. I'm gutted to not go there anymore, but should my situation change, I'll defo be going back

   Hurcomb chemist is now at 241 wheeler Street. Birmingham 9 to 6.30 Mon to Fri but Wed closes at 5.00 Brilliant staff with always a smile and welcoming. Love you guys. Regular visitor.

   Used Hurcomb for the first time April 2020 in the start of Covid lockdown, no one would see me to give me the contraceptive pill, but Hurcomb pharmacy squeezed me in! I literally phoned about 10 different places before Hurcomb with no success. I've been since, and they're always friendly and I feel very safe using the pharmacy. They always seem busy in there, with lots of people using their services, but they work very fast to get any queues down. Thank you very much for doing a fantastic job, especially through Covid!

   Excellent service. I had stomach ache and they had the meds and called me in asap they were free. Super fast and knew what to do. Proper SoP followed during pandemic and has sanitized their hands during cash and coins exchange. Kudos and highly recommended for their service. Superb place to buy meds from.
