   Very very bad service never in my life have I seen service like this. it’s been 7 weeks I have tried to book my mum appointment still nothing it’s gone beound a joke no help whatsoever. It’s like they don’t care about you and your health very disappointing mite have to move doctors. Even regular prescriptions they give to my mum they are falling back on. Not ready. They are lazy cannot be asked to do there job properly for patients really and truly someone else needs to take over or just close the medical centre place down. Sorry to say that’s but it’s true. Lot of people will say the same.

   Really crap service can’t get hold of any doctor every time you try to book an appointment.This place needs to be shut down. They haven’t let me down once it’s been a few times. The reception staff are rude to !!!

   Weird service just rang up to see if they have my prescription available and the staff member didn't understand that I wanted to check before making a wasted trip. Her tone was lazy and I had to keep repeating myself and I hung up in the end. Honestly what has happened to pharmaceuticals its the staff you hire that don't consider this as a rewarding role to help patients get the medication or help needed. Disappointing.

   06.04.23 I'm so very grateful to the Well pharmacist, Bilal, who has gone far beyond what I could have reasonably hoped for in fulfilling a prescription that was held up through no fault of his. I've always found all the staff at this pharmacy unerringly professional, well-trained and caring.

   Worse pharmacy ever been to, staff are so rude and arrogant. Waited whole hour to get in and collect a prescription, I do understand the social distancing with Covid But come on whole hour is way to much wait outside, they dont have enough staff.

   Sometimes you have to wait many days before you can collect your medication. On a few occasions I was told to come on one day and my meds were not ready so wasted journey. Some people get offered a delivery but some have to make many trips to collect their stuff in parts. Not fair.
