   After a special holiday, our trip was somewhat tarnished by the discovery that my son's beloved stuffed dog had been left behind in our hotel and very sadly wasn't recoverable. I was determined to somehow fix the situation as my son was heartbroken. After a little Google searching I discovered Picture to Puppet who make bespoke teddies. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They were so kind and worked hard to match my brief and photographs, easy to contact and worked really quickly on the design and creation. After a few weeks we had the toy arrive in the post- and it's so good that we were able to tell our son it was the original. I can't thank them enough for their skill and services and would highly recommend to any parents in a similar situation!

   I want to thank Picture to Puppet for the wonderful restoration done on my porcelain dolls. The attention to detail and beautiful craftsmanship are amazing. Crucially, there was good communication throughout the process with samples of all the proposed fabrics being shown to me in advance. It was so evident that Kiaz had a big interest in doing this restoration and enjoyed getting a perfect result. I would recommend Picture to Puppet to anyone requiring a skilled restoration of a beloved doll.

   If it was permited to give minus stars I would have given them minus 100 I paid all the charges plus extras like bliking mechanism and eye lashes and hand painted glass eyes and the result was so ugly. Immatures work, charging as if they were proffesionals scamming by saying that they work for UK TV, so you would be impressed to order. The sketch drawings were drawn by pencil like a kid in 2nd grade and I was supposed to approve it as such! I was very specific in what I needed and sent them pictures which I liked in some other puppets and they confirmed that they can do it and the results were disastrous! When I asked them to change it and make it as the pictures I sent them , they asked for addiitional charge! Update! On top of all that and all the charges I paid for fast delivery and fast process I was promised to get it on the 28 of October and get it delivered personaly today is Nov. 8 and still not recieved. The puppet never arrived to this date! . I was never offered a tracking !

   This “thing” is supposed to be a replica of my Staffordshire bull terrier! Cost £650. Refused my money back.PayPal went with seller as it was made to order. Though the woman on phone from PayPal couldn’t believe it and said I should go to trading standards. I bet this isn’t on their website as an example of their amazing work?! I just cannot see how they could of posted this out to me thinking it resembled my dog in any way, and that I would be happy with it. It is hideous. £650 this cost me. And it is in a black bag in the loft.

   I commissioned Picture To Puppet to make a soft toy for my son's 2nd birthday, as the design I wanted wasn't sold in the shops anywhere. The team took me through a detailed design process, making sure I was happy with the design at each stage prior to manufacture. It took 8 weeks from initial request to delivery, but the finished product was exactly what I wanted and very good quality, so I would say you definitely get what you pay for, and it is worth waiting.

   I asked Mari at Picture To Puppet to make a soft toy version of a character my 9 year-old daughter had devised, as a Christmas present. Picture To Puppet did a very neat job and the likeness was excellent. My daughter really likes her cuddly “Daisy” and so we would really recommend Picture To Puppet.
