A very bad experience all round. I booked flu and Covid 19 vaccinations via the NHS website, at their Kingsbury Road branch. I am immunosuppressed. When I arrived they did not seem to know about the booking, even though I had the confirmation. They informed me that I could have the Flu vaccination only (which was administered) but they had no Covid vaccines until the following week, I had not been informed. They advised I return but to call in advance. When I did call I was informed that they did have them in stock but I did not qualify (Incorrect) and should just go back to my GP and talk to them. They really should not be linked to the NHS vaccination website. This particular branch is cramped and inadequate. I had my flu vaccine administered in the stock cupboard. Avoid.

Page to book consultation not working which is very frustrating-it won’t let you select from the drop-down menus! I cannot see another way to book a consultation other than this form

I've started on the Munjaro weight loss injections. The initial consultation was professional and thorough. I felt so empowered afterwards when I received the first syringe. The staff are friendly and professional. It's a real pleasure to go there. Customer service 10 out of 10. Remarkable.

Went for my walk in Covid booster. Extremely well organised and lovely nurse. Thank you NHS. Hope our nurses get what they're asking for. They're worth every penny!

I was invited by NHS to have my 4th booster vaccine for my underlying health condition, so booked it via government website with an appointment at MW Philips. I was being turned away by this Asian man who apparently is the manager for this place, that I am not eligible until another attendee checked it again and asked me eligible questions to confirm that I was. This Asian man then gives sarcastic comments and gives cunning smile to irritate you even though he has no knowledge whatsoever. Better off going to different walk in centres who know they job

I checked online this morning for a walk in covid vaccine centre, where I found MW Phillips. Before making my way, I thought I should phone to check the best time to go. The first call went to pre recorded message and then kept ringing, no answer. Second call went straight to answer machine but not allowed to leave a message. I travelled there about 2.30pm, waited in the queue and only to be told that I need to make an appointment. Then I found another walk in centre, Tower Hill, with only 2 people in front and was in and out in 15 minutes.

Absolutely fantastic service. I received my first Covid19 vaccination and was feeling really apprehensive. All the staff and volunteers were amazing. So polite and the systems they had in place worked so well. I was even given a chocolate treat after my vaccine. Attention detail was implacable. Well done everyone involved.
