I am very disappointed with the behavior of the pharmacy manager. The way he treats customers is highly inappropriate, as if we are asking for a favor or charity rather than receiving a service. In addition, his attitude and strange looks make customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Such unprofessional conduct is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope serious action will be taken against him.
Always friendly. Always helpful. Very quick to fill your prescription once the order arrives from your GP. Willing to go above and beyond when a crisis comes and you need a medicine in a hurry. Highly recommended.
Brilliant pharmacy. Prescriptions are processed really quickly & efficiently. Staff are lovely - friendly & helpful. Can’t fault them. They’re an important part of our community.
My partner's prescription with her HRT medication was sent to this chemist April of this year. They only managed to dispense one box instead of two. We do understand there has been a shortage of supplies but it is end of August already, Baggaley still owe one box. It has been frustrating chasing them up for months.
Sent out for delivery when it had been arranged to be picked up, messed up my morning schedule sitting around waiting for the driver to come back He however made a good effort to get back quickly.
So helpful and kind. The staff have gone out of their way to help on a number of occasions over several years. Customer service is second to none.
A small and independent chemist which I have been using for years. They are always helpful, and you can order repeat prescriptions from them without the need to request from the doctor each time. They have a good selection of other products and also a copier if you need it.
This is the only pharmacy I would visit. The staff are absolutely fantastic, some of the nicest and friendliest people you could wish for. They're also extremely helpful, and will do anything they can to assist you. In short I recommend this pharmacy hugely.
