   Terrible experience in this shop. The woman was very rude and rough. She cut one of my nails right down without asking and when I challenged she told me it was to match the rest. That nail is a good few mm,s shorter than the rest now. I asked to remove the scratch left on one of the finished nails and she told me that I knocked it on the machine so she wouldn’t re do it. I went here as Banstead nails is having a refurb and it was a huge mistake. I will never return they are also more expensive. Stay well away!

   This place is awful avoid at all costs, I have stupidly return on 3 different occasions and each time has been a horrible experience. The first time I got shellac done and they did it the worst I’ve ever seen and all bumpy when I complained they told me my nails are bumpy. The second time they were extremely rude especially the woman and ruined my sisters and my nails for her wedding. The last straw was I went with my 4 year old daughter and they were again extremely rude and told me I am not allowed to have glitter nails for my daughter as she has to sit for 20 minutes for it to try (I have a very mature daughter who can most definitely do that) I told her that is fine and she told me no because last time she came she was running around I told her I have never brought my children to her salon before and she said well every child runs around. I told her it should be my decision of my child will sit for 20 minutes and she told me no and I am not allowed. They are extremely rude and the worst salon I have ever experienced even their work is awful and I have only returned due to the convenience but will never return would give 0 stars if I could

   It’s a shame i have to write this review as i have had positive experiences here in the past. But today was just not acceptable. I was completely ignored upon arrival even after greeting the staff which made me feel really unwelcome and awkward from the start. From there, I was treated by the older woman who works there really poorly. She cut my nails extremely short when I usually get them long and didn’t let me have a say in it. When she tested a colour on one nail to let me see it and I said ‘could I please change to a different colour’ she made it completely obvious she was exasperated even said ‘oh my god’. I was just quite shocked at how rude she was. It’s a shame like I say but I just wanted to warn others as I certainly won’t be returning after that

   Awful experience having a manicure today. 2 nail technicians working. Neither spoke a word to their customers or each other for the hour I was there. No other customers came in. Very unfriendly atmosphere. Garage music playing. When I asked if they could put something else on (would’ve liked to hear festive music at least) I was told No! I certainly won’t return!
