   let’s ignore the state of my fingers but my nails are absolutely perfect. she did such a great job they are exactly what i asked for. the shape is perfect and so are the french tips. i had never been here before but will definitely be coming back!!!

   When you walk in to a nail salon you have no idea what kind of service you are going to get since it's your first time. I hit the jackpot when I got Ivy! She did a fabulous job on my dip nail treatment. She took extra time and made sure everything was perfect. On a side note the salon gives you hot tea and a few small snacks while you are being pampered. I will definitely be back when I am in that area next time.

   I'm incredibly impressed with this salon! My daughter got acrylic French tips which turned out absolutely perfect. I had a pedicure, and it was the best experience, so professional and relaxing. Their commitment to hygiene is clear; all the tools were spotless. The service included a soothing leg massage with oil and hot stones, followed by warm towel wraps. The staff are so friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended!

   AVOID THIS PLACE - I went for a simple gel manicure and they have butchered my nails. I had to go to another salon immediately to get them removed. The second salon couldn’t believe how much they had damaged my nails. Ruby nails had Filed the top layers of my nails away to the point my nails are painful to the touch. Filed the sides of my nail and clipped them so much they are red raw and inflamed. Lots of tiny cuts that are super painful. Terrible service and rude when I flagged the issue. Plus the gel was all thick and clumpy and already peeling when leaving the salon. This place is cheap for a reason but save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. This place needs to close down. My nails are now super sore and I can’t have gels on for a while whilst the nail beds recover. Shameful place and customer service even worse. They weren’t even willing to discuss. Just ignored me before shouting “no refunds”

   Nails looked pretty and lasted well, I have fast growing nails and took them off after 2 weeks of growth. This is the picture I have from after taking them off. The technician truly damaged my nails when shaping and filed into the natural nailbed. The acrylics looked fine (some of the nails were off angle-wise but nothing major), lasted fine but the damage is not worth it. They use tips under acrylic and their pricing sign offers "gel powder" which doesn't exist and is a key indicator of the lack of skill. Go to the place across the street for a far better experience.
