Gareth came out at very short notice to survey a problem with a failing air valve on our soil stack that was drawing back horrendous smells nto our en suite. We agreed the solution to extend the stack above roof line (it had previously been truncated years before) and I was very pleased that he confirmed he would return the following day to do the work. The work was very quick and to a high quality despite the drizzly morning. I am delighted with the outcome and in the same visit Gareth also replaced a faulty cistern valve that had been irritating us! I can't recommend Gareth and his work enough, very friendly and a good listener whilst he understands the nature of your problem and possible solutions.
Gaz priced up a big job for us that other tradesman were reluctant to tackle, a very fair price to remove & replace old pipework on back of house, completed over a day & half, respectful, tidied up after himself and very happy with the completed work. Will definately make use of him again *****
