I've ordered a door online, paid for it- they had 2 in stock. Drive 15 miles to collect it to realise that they have only one in stock, damaged one. I've been told that they will sort this out and I will get it delivery to branch close to me. They've just shut their store and I didn't even get any information what's going on. Poor customer service
Friendly and helpful staff on site at Heywood. Went in on Monday to buy a crate of paving stones, expecting to have to either get them back to Bolton ourselves (and risk breaking some in transit) or pay a big delivery fee and have to wait a couple of weeks but nope! They offered us free delivery and they have just arrived two days later (Wednesday)! Delivery driver really nice guy too, ringing before he arrived and took less than five minutes to deliver them safely over a high wall in a back street. Brilliant service, thank you!

Great customer service always been willing to help and the delivery driver has an excellent attitude calls before he drops off and always asks were the items want dropping what more could you ask for many thanks Mike Queens park lodge.
Handy place in Heywood to buy timber. Staff very helpful. They can get you virtually anything for building given a bit of notice. Free delivery for account customers or bulky /heavy loads.
