One of the worst pharmacy ever. So rude to me and so condescending. Main pharmacy and dispenser need to fix up their behaviour. Wont recommend, go to Deans pharmacy instead, they're more qualified and care more about you.

Absolutely diabolical & disgusting service from this pharmacy, when you go to pick up your prescription what your GP sends directly to the pharmacy CHECK your medication before you leave!!! As the staff are incompetent to check if you have only 1 prescription or others too, they will just hand you anything which matches your name & not check if you have any further prescriptions waiting to be printed of or any other packages in the drawers!!! Surely it's not difficult to have packages places in alphabetic order & the staff to check before handing out packages. Sad as it is, shameful in this day & age with technology so advanced that it's the staff at this pharmacy who are failing! On 2 occasions went to the pharmacy to collect my medication but the staff failed to give full prescriptions. Very concerning for the elderly who visit the pharmacy to pick up there medication & then go home & find out not everything has been given.

worst chemist ever! do not reccomend getting anything from here as they will lie to you and tell you its not there eventhough the gp has directly sent a prescription to them. most unsympathetic people I've met, wouldnt care if u were dying on the floor.

02/12/2022 Two prescriptions on two occasions issued. When I went to collect, I was told that it is not there. Hence I called the practice immediately, which said that it has been delivered to pharmacy and I was issued a Tracking number, which contained also prescription Month issue. Went back to pharmacy, gave him this full information from GP alongside with my full name (again), DOB, NHS Number (!). Second time I was told that it has not been received with the pharmacy. Calling GP practice second time frustrated, I asked them to give them a call to resolve while I was on hold , as individuals at the pharmacy were just not much helpful. Turned out that, phatmacy told to GP receptionist on the phone, that I did not give them order date and that’s why they did not find it. What a lie! They had all information from me. Ref above. All of it. Twice. Walking there 5 mins later, my medication was on the counter! This all happened during one hour. Never apologized to me, no explanation. Please re- train your incompetent staff, because next time it could be someone who’s life is dependent on medication and you turn them down without any help twice in a row. ?. I’m going to use services of more reliable pharmacy in the future.

Since 2014 My 18 yesr old daughter who has asthma has her inhaler prescription sent to this chemist on regular basis, however today 28th October 2022 wen she attended the chemist to pick up her prescription which was sent on 25th October, she was served by two of the most unhelpful unpleasant individuals who should be totally appaled by the way they treated her, I understand if her prescription was not there but to be told at 17.10pm that If she needed her medication so urgently she should have come earlier is disgusting! They refused to give her an inhaler & demanded she paid for 1 even though they are aware she's a student in full time education exempt from prescription charges! & for some1 who regularly has the same medication sent to this chemist is beyond my understanding how they refused to assist her, infact these two appaling individuals made the situation so bad that my daughter had a pannick attack & almost passed out by making her so upset. The gentleman locked the shop at 17.25pm, & keptvtelling my daughter to get out the shop, & its not his problem that he cant assist her, & if she needs it that bad call an ambulance, as he needs to go home! I am currently abroad & i asked to speak to them on the phone & they refused to come on the phone & instead I heard them laugh at my daughter! I will not let this matter go unexplained & I will be making a formal complaint to the relevant organisation. No compassion at all, rude person surely this matter could have been dealt with in a more understanding & pleasant matter, but this individual pharmacist thought it was very amusing to see some1 have a pannick attack! I will be making a formal complaint to General Pharmaceutical Council & I hope there is cctv proof of this incident!!

In store is okay and they are helpful polite approachable and know the details. They have good working relationship with local GP's. They process prescriptions and sort the medications. They send reminders and also to collect orders. The App is appauling. In store experience is good.
