I don't understand the reviews of rude staff as they have always been respectful to me. I find them nice in here. Some time there are delays in prescriptions with low stock, but no different from most other places, and some- things they cannot always control.
Best in the area (in my opinion), i go often for mine and my families medications, sometimes they don't have certain items, but It can't be helped sometimes. They are always polight and try their best to help
I have found the service at this pharmacy first class. I've changed to this pharmacy as the one I was using never had my prescribed medication and stated they were unable to get it. Since changing to Aston's I've had no problem and the staff have always been welcoming and helpful
Horrendous service, rude staff! Waiting over 14d for a script to be fulfilled is not acceptable as meds are scribed by the dr for a reason. The staff attitude stinks, I had the phone put down on me several times in one day then was told it was my fault the script wasn’t there as they couldn’t get the meds (go figure) since changing hands this place has deteriorated so much I’ve actually changed to castle chemist on the square and they go above and beyond for their customers.
Not as it used to be unfortunately. There is always a constant wait to collect prescriptions. Seems to be a regular lack of stock. Waited 4 days after doctor prescribed medicine thinking this was plenty of time, however i was told there was none in stock and they would have to order. Customer service is normally always good, but I need prescriptions in a timely manner and there always is a hold up or not in stock.
Always feel welcome. Excellent service. Well -stocked. Smiling , happy faces. They go the extra mile to help. Wonderful. Thank you. Five stars
The service I received from the staff was excellent. They went above and beyond what was expected. I cannot praise them enough .
The staff at this chemist are so friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, plus they greet you will a smile.
