Checked Google for the opening times and the sign on their door both says they open at 9am. It's currently 9.18am and the store is closed, queue outside in the rain, no lights on in the place but there is a person inside. Just decided not to open up!! I gave up and left.

Absolute Scammers. Paid for flu jab and did not receive it 3 times. Finally booked at a different boots site. The staff is rude and offensive. Wasted my time. Avoid this place at all costs.

When here on Saturday, was served by Yvette. She was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me, made sure I understood everything. 5 Stars. Thank you.

I rang the chemist on Wednesday morning to enquire about the the flu jab for my farther who is 93, I was told we didn't need an appointment just go Thursday morning before 10am. Took my dad down at 9.30am, the chemist was empty and I was told that we had to bring him bk in half hour absolutely disgusting behaviour as he couldn't wait as it took us over an hour to get him out the house wont b using this chemist again for any reason avoid if elderly and vulnerable as they obviously don't take that into consideration or care

Getting really fed up with the service so this time decided to leave my feedback. I had to contact my doctor for repeat prescription even though it should be reorder every time via the pharmacy. Then when you go to collect it the staff don't even bother to acknowledge you as they all "so busy" doing something behind the counter. I understand that some of the prescription needs to be made up and checked by the pharmacist but there should be someone available if the customer comes in for collection only and not waiting ages to be served. The service and staff attitude needs serious training.

My daughter had a horrible experience at this chemist with the lady serving. Her 8 week old son had just had his first immumisation and PORTWAY healthcare practice had advised she could get free calpol from any chemist. We called in there and were refused unless your on universal credit. For the record boots she's always worked and paid into the system, currently on maternity leave and meds for her newborn son are available on the NHS. The Dr when we saw him, and the nurse were gobsmacked. Dr sent a prescription to the chemist and when we went my daughter was told she was wasting NHS funds. Disgraceful. My daughter has anxiety anyway, it was an emotional day and this woman didn't help at all.

Unfortunately always have issues with all our families repeat perceptions they are never on time and we have to chase them up. Communication between the Doctor and the chemist is poor. Not sure who is to blame, Boots staff always say requests were sent and blame the doctors and the doctors always says they haven't recieved any requests.

This chemist failed to communicate with the doctors regarding a change in the proscription dosage even though they informed me the issue would be dealt with immediately. As a result of them not bothering to do their job the patient will now suffer with withdrawal symptoms. Totally unprofessional!
