   Totally ignorant staff I waited 10mins and all 5 staff did not even look at me. I had to interuptthem to ask them if they had what I needed then gave a sarcastic reply. Awful customer services

   I have just attended the pharmacy to help a neighbour who has an ill daughter who is laid up quite unwell and has struggled for about a week I’m told. I have no issue with the pharmacy looking to monitor what they issue but when I offered to get the mother on the phone and show my ID they said I had to bring the daughter in which I think is nonsense. A lie. An untruth. I’m happy as the Good Samaritan to drive to Tesco’s but have left a poor review primarily due to the comment which was passed by the tattooed lady which was I ‘ shouldn't be offended as the medicine was not for me ‘ … I was more offended at the condescending manner in which I was spoken to with so many people there. Two people both commented at her behaviour so I’m confident it’s not me having a strop. The world keeps turning but again I could have got the mum on the phone so I feel this was very poor as the kids been unwell all over Xmas.

   We put our prescription in online a few days before we need them. No matter when we go to collect we have to wait. Today it took 40 mins and I had to ask them to check it for us. Other people were coming and going it's not just once it's every time. It gets worse.

   Consistently fail to to supply repeat medication. I've had to stop a treatment due to this, I'm currently 5 days without an inhaler due to this. It's not acceptable.

   NHS website advises this pharmacy has Laterial flow test advised young rude girl who advises NHS website nothing to do with them had attitude walked away would not recommend this pharmacy is a joke

   Amazing always helpful we get a delivery as my partner is disabled from a motorbike accident I can't praise them enough there the best around here and we've been to four or five different places.
